We love our corner of leafy Twickenham, and we just know you will too.

We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in Twickenham that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us.

Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Twickenham props the top of your city break hitlist, time and time again.

So, so much. More than just rugby (cough, we’re near Twickenham stadium, if you didn’t already know). Our leafy town is full of lots of lovely boutique shops and cafes.

Alternatively, venture out a little with a visit to the likes of Strawberry Hill House and Kew Gardens. We’re also not far from the very beautiful town of Richmond, home to stunning riverside views and walks.

And we love to share personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our pub to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

Brekkie is served from 8 am, 7 days a week (we all deserve a little lie-in).

If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

All of our rooms are family-friendly with space for cots for little ones. Our Boutique, Boutique Twin, and Bigger Boutique rooms also have space for a single or double sofa bed (for the bigger little ones).

Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Yes, we love furry four-legged friends. Our Feature Boutique and Feature Boutique Twin rooms are dog-friendly.

Just add your dog to your booking (up to two pups can stay with you for £20 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a doggy hamper full of tasty tail-wagging treats, a doggy bed or blanket and bowl.

We do have on-site parking but it’s limited and available on a first-come first-parked basis.

If this is full, try Aragon Car Park (a 13-minute walk) which will set you back £14.50 for stays over 6 hours.

You can journey to us via train, stopping at Strawberry Hill (9-minute walk) or Twickenham train station (15-minute walk).

The nearest tube station is Richmond (District Line) and then a 11-minute cab ride.

You can usually find cabs just outside the station and you’ll be with us in a jiffy.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.
